I've got a preliminary demo in dropbox. Additionally, these may be useful:

Azbuka: Typography Elements
HTML Lorem Ipsum Crash Test (live version, request to use Github Pages)
HTML5-ipsum (live demo, ~~request to make gh-pages the default~~)

Examples that didn't make the cut:

copy-html (no all-in-one example)
lorem-ipsum-html (site is down -- pinged the maintainer)
