Enhancement: Auto-Refresh

Would love to have WB auto-detect when a new page is saved and then refresh the article page to show it.

i.e. I keep my Unread article view open in a tab, in another tab use the chrome addon to save a new page, then switch tabs back to the WB page and WB would automatically update to show the newly added page in the list.

I know it's just a nice / slick GUI enhancement, and clicking the refresh button isn't that hard, or I could use another addon to auto refresh every X seconds, but, this would just be a nice, "modern", GUI feature. =)
