Upgrade to 1.7.1 failed

I've updated today (via git pull) my self hosted wallabag instance. But I'm getting following errors:
Got error 'PHP message: PHP Warning: require(install/index.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/wallabag/ch
eck_setup.php on line 28
PHP message: PHP Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required 'install/index.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/wallabag/check_setup.php on line 28'
When install dir is copied back I'm getting standard info that wallabag seems to be installed, remove install dir bla bla.

Debian Testing / Apache 2.4.9 / PHP 5.6 RC2

OK, it seems that I had physically to remove install dir - previously I removed access rights to it. Issue soved.
