Currently internally hosted at /ebaer/nibbler

This pulls the Rollbar down and outputs them per/track. Currently the API is paginated and there are a large number of untriaged errors causing this to take up to 40 min to run. This will force us to figure out how to integrate long running tasks. Part of this integration will me to talk with Rollbar to purge our backlog of old errors.
