Migrated from crossbario/crossbar#1194

Summary from there - a proposal here: needs consensus (though bills will be paid by Crossbar.io the company):

  • we want to migrate the Google Groups for WAMP to 1 forum powered by a self-hosted Discourse
  • endpoint should be: https://forum.wamp-proto.org (must be a subdomain etc etc)
  • hosting should be on a AWS instances in FFM region

Vote +1. The features of Discourse are a great match for the types of discussions surrounding WAMP.
