Culprit is a Python/Curses based client for the Traffic Statistic function of certain Sweex routers. It shows a list of the clients that use the most bandwith in a top-like fashion.
It's pretty much a hack though. You can launch it like this:
python culprit.py # or...
python culprit.py user:pass@ip
