directory file is missing

I encountered an error while processing Chestxray data using dataset_tool.py in the stylegan2-ada-pytorch directory, and I suspect that some directory files are missing. The following is a screenshot of the code:

If you could confirm that this is a file missing issue and resolve it as soon as possible, I would greatly appreciate it.
