This includes epsilon and delta parameters in DP policies, and also the parameters to initialize samplers, such as sigma for discrete Gaussian.

We could say something like "all real numbers in this draft SHALL be interpreted as 64-bit, floating point numbers as specified in {{blah-blah-blah}}."
