Discussed proposal to use Organised Services Operating Model, customised to run a non-profit foundation. Agreed in principle w/Ann & Julius. Basic idea here: https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVOcvEfQM=/?moveToWidget=3458764532171022827&cot=14. More detail on https://osom.guide

Next step: document in github.
