Disable block placement in front of spawn on Senex 3

Players should not be able to place blocks right in front of their team's spawn. They should also not be able to build on the staircase directly in front of their spawn.

I think this ability should be completely disabled as there is a guaranteed situation of a team member blocking up their spawn and removing their team's ease of access.

As you can see, you can place blocks, forcing other players to put down buttons to prevent this from happening.
