Install script only works on Debian/Ubuntu-based Linux distros #27

In the install.sh shell script, sudo apt-get install git-lfs only works on Debian/Ubuntu-based Linux distributions
Will need to allow the script to detect which package manager the particular distro uses
pacman for Arch-based
yum for Red Hat based
and others
