Tenhou voice replacements

Installation

1 Open tenhou web client: https://tenhou.net/3/

2 Press the settings button (gears)

3 Navigate to SE menu.

4 Uncheck the default setting.

5 Paste this link ：https://raw.githubusercontent.com/vg-mjg/tenhou-se-and-bg/master/SEE.json

6 Test if it works with the volume settings.

Customization

Right now it uses Hat and Mommy. Simply fork and change the .json with your favourite files (and update the json link on tenhou). Voicelines for several characters are already uploaded.
