Support Ascii extended

It would be awesome to support ASCII-extended to generate the waveform.
It'd be wonderful to be able to write the waveform directly in the source code or text file.

What editor do you use to insert these Unicode chars?
How would you do multibit bus? X? Z? all other transitions?
Are you interested in Text -> SVG or WaveJSON -> text ?
