what is the official library?

I found 2 libraries for waveshare E-INC displays. One is on your GitHub and the other is on the official E-Paper Shield page. The library in the archive (official page) is different from the library on the Git. They differ in structure and many methods.
Which library is official and which one is better to use?

Here on github you can find the most up to date version of the official library. But all of your links also seem to go to older official versions for the waveshare displays.

So all of them are official, but you should most likely use the one in here ;-)
