These are some features we want in the config:

"The registry" - JSON key/value store of configuration used by way-cooler
Registry mapped to config files
Flags to prevent some values in the registry from being changed by Lua
Config read from defaults or $HOME/.config/way-cooler, etc.
Lua script called on initialization
