The Site has been down for maintenance for over a week now, and it continues to say it will be back up in 24 hours. What's the deal?

Hi there, please make sure you're not on the page http://ficsave.com/maintenance.php and that you are on the main page http://ficsave.com.
I did take it out of maintenance as scheduled but I've added code to redirect maintenance.php to the home page just in case.
