I've gotten reports that rvm users don't see any pages listed in ri, which are available in ruby 2.0+

For example, using ruby 2.1.0dev (2013-05-09 trunk 40626) [x86_64-darwin12.3.0]:

by default RVM disables docs generation, you need to run rvm docs generate unfortunately in ruby-2.0.0 there is a bug which prevents this command from working and you need to reinstall ruby with:

rvm reinstall 2.0.0 --docs

This should be fixed in RDoc 4.0.1, right?
