Client doesn't reflect call person change on startup

If a call has had the default person changed (e.g. withheld number or someone using another person's phone) the change won't be reflected if you load up the Client after the CHANGED event has fired.

Need to check the call log table and change the person to whatever ID is marked as active instead of using a CLID lookup.
