Installation date for the Wazuh app is not being updated properly

Description
The index .wazuh-version stores information about the Wazuh app installation, one of the stored fields is the installation date. It's not being updated, just the very first time.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Click on 'about'
3. See the installation date

It was updating the installation date just for the very first time, it was not updating in a re-install / upgrading situation. Here is the fix #1693
