Description
The values for the Rule ID is missing in some tables of reports related to top results. This is happening in some modules.

Steps to reproduce

Go to Modules/TSC
Generate a report
See the tables that the rule.id is missing

Expected Result

The rule.id should be displayed

Actual Result

The rule.id displays - instead.
