Vulnerability detail truncated text in big fields

Description

Description and references can be big. These texts get truncated when accessing a vulnerability detail. We want to allow our users to examine the whole content of these fields.

Preconditions
1.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to Vulnerability detection -> Inventory
2. Click on a CVE with big descriptions or references
3. Scroll down to the description or references field

Expected Result

1. The whole content of the field is visible

Actual Result

1. The contents of the fields are truncated.
