DTT1 - PoC - Collector module

Description

This issue aims to design and create a PoC of the Collector module.

This module is responsible for collecting the artefacts generated by the other modules and centralising them.
This module will work as a black box where it will have a clear input and output.

• Input: A YAML file with all the resources allocated and provisioned where to look for the artefacts.
• output: Move the artefacts to some place defined.

For this PoC, the viability and need for this module will be analyzed, since it may be eliminated and its functionality completed by the Obserbability module.
