Description.

This issue aims to add WIN_STRIP_TOOL_PATH env variable in order to use cv2pdb tools and their dependencies

DoD

  • Check WIN_STRIP_TOOL_PATH env variable if DISABLE_STRIP_SYMBOLS is set to NO
  • Add logic to makefile to preappend WIN_STRIP_TOOL_PATH to cv2pdb
  • Check successull cv2pcb excecution
