Error when trying to create package in windows os

Windwos 8.1 64-bit, ST3 32-bit

Tried to create a package file. It shows an error:

An error occurred creating the package file abc.sublime-package in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Desktop.

[Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'C:\\Users\\USERNAME\\AppData\\Roaming\\Desktop\\abc.sublime-package'

The location should have been C:\Users\USERNAME\Desktop instead of C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Desktop

I had to manually create the Desktop folder inside Appdata\Roaming\ to make it work.
