Error parsing settings

Under Sublime 2109, I get the following error:

I've tried a fresh install of Package Manager and have no custom changes to the sublime-settings

That file is not shipped with Package Control, but instead it is your custom Package Control settings file in the Packages/User folder. If you open the file I'm pretty sure you'll find a command after the last key value pair. If you delete that you should be good.
