Creating the Navbar on top

Create a navbar on top that appears like this, on the web version:

There must be the wecraftcode logo on the left, aligned. On the right, there must be - Home, About Us and Join Us links which are scrollable to different sections of the webpage on click.
There must be a toggle too, for a dark and light mode there, towards the extreme right.

and like this for the mobile version:

The requirements are the same here except that the scrollable links must be placed inside a collapsible navbar as shown here:

It opens after a click.
