Describe the bug:

When a customer tries to use the Vendor Contact form widget and sends an email directly from the Single Store page, the vendor gets the email, but when the vendor replies to that email, there is no customer email on the to send the reply.

The customer email should be there at CC or Send To filed of the email. Then the customer will get a reply.

How To Reproduce:

  1. Send an email via the Vendor Contact form of any store as a customer
  2. Then try to reply to that email from that vendor's email account
  3. There won't be a customer email to reply to the customer

Expected behavior:

The customer email should be on the Send To or CC field as soon as the vendor tries to reply to the customer email.

@shafinahmad01 @shahadat015 further contact with @Mohaiminulislam1989 bhai, as far as I know, for certain cases, we hide customer email address from vendor, @shahadat015 make sure your pr satisfy that also

Customer email already sent to the email body. So customer email could be added.

I was about to create a topic for the same demand.

When a vendor click on reply to a product inquiry, the reply-to email address used is the website admin and not the one from the client who ask the question (which is although contained in the email body)..

On a big website with a lot of inquiries, it is very annoying for both vendors (who dont reply to their clients and therefore misses some sales!) and for the website admin who received many emails not for him.

This issue is present with the forms located in the store page and in the products page too (module Product Enquiry).

When a user is using this form for example:

the vendor will receive this email:
image
so, the classic behavior when you receive an email in your email client software is to click on "reply", but in this case the reply email address is not "user_email@gmail.com", but the website admin email address (the wordpress email). So the user will not receive any reply of the vendor!
Is it clear ? :)
