CONFIG_VIRTIO_BLK=y and CONFIG_VIRTIO_NET=y are needed to be compiled into the kernel. Without virtio-block stock kernels can't boot xref firecracker-microvm/firecracker#208

Something is needed for ip=dhcp to work in the kernel I suppose.

In this thread we will collect "known issues"

Split this into a separate document; and also document what dependencies ignite execs out to on the host.
