Ability to set HelmRelease and Kustomization metadata and specs via Profile

What feature/behavior/change do you want?
When generating HelmReleases and Kustomizations via ProfileDefinition and pctl, I would like the ability to set the corresponding metadata and specs so I don't need to manually change them in the files.

Why do you want this feature?
A simple use-case would be having a HelmRelease to be deployed in different namespace and targetNamespace than default.
