Describe the bug
There is not GitRepository printed out when running gitops intall --dry-run ....

Affects versions
Current main branch with ID 9eb01d8

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run gitops install --dry-run using valid config repo.
  2. Notice there is no GitRepository present in the output.

Expected behavior
It should print out GitRepository resource for config repository.
