Describe the bug
When overriding version via IS_TEST_ENV to use "latest" manifest instead has vlatest

Environment

  • gitops: 0.3.2
  • kubernetes: n/a
    • KinD - version]
    • k3s - version
    • cloud [e.g., EKS, AKS] version
    • other - name version
  • Browser + version: [e.g. chrome 74, safari 12, firefox 87]

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. execute IS_TEST_ENV=true gitops install
  2. Check the cluster and see the wego-app pod has a reference to an image with the tag of vlatest

Expected behavior
wego-app pod should refer to an image with the tag latest
