"VectorFromSearchParam was called without any known params present" is unhelpful

Hi,

This error message is triggered in situations like when a target vector is not specified, and sent back to the user even at the client level through the gRPC message.

Unfortunately, this is quite confusing for users who might be as familiar with the code base. I propose to update this to clarify what parameters are missing and how to remedy it. (Not sure whether that will result in there being multiple messages or not, but perhaps it could be, if necessary.)
