WebRTC numbers are incorrect

It's currently not reporting numbers for Firefox for https://wpt.fyi/webrtc/interfaces.https.html. These tests run locally and w3c-test.org so not sure what the error is here

Looks like it's TIMEOUT and when I run it I get a permission request for using the microphone. That's probably what's happening on the running infrastructure here as well. Existing issues to work around and then fix this:
