As discussed in w3c/csswg-drafts#2455 (comment), the text used in word-break-keep-all-003.html seems off.
An english approximation of the Thai "แและ แและแและ" would be "aand aandaand" in Thai. The double "a" seems to be a typo, and the word "and" is intended.
We should at least correct the typo, and probably use a less silly word to. However, to make sure that the test does work, we want to chose a word that is unambiguously a single word, to avoid different browsers / dictionaries splitting at different places. (see w3c/csswg-drafts#2455 (comment) and the following 4 comments for a discussion of how words are an ambiguous concept).
