Web2Py not saving

Describe the bug
I'm quite new to using the Web2py framework but i'm a little confused at the moment and I also don't know what i've done, I now last night when I was using it the server stopped responding and so i just restarted it, but this morning any project, I can't seem to save any code inside.

Then these errors are logged about thee adminpy which I have nothing to do with?

I resolved the name issues last night but anything else can't seem to save to fix anything, not sure what to do?

Not sure, what might of caused this but zipped folder and downloaded another copy to start building application again. if it happens again i'll raise it but in mean time i'll manage :)
