Reported from discord, users trying to migrate from 1.x -> 4.x have an issue trying to migrate because 4.x AbiItem is missing.
https://github.com/web3/web3.js/blob/1.x/packages/web3-utils/types/index.d.ts#L218
does not exist in 4.x
Add AbiItem
