Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
支持实时流处理。满足IoT等业务的IFTTT事件流。
一期的action可以只支持发布到其他主题/存入RMDB两种。

Describe the solution you'd like
1、新增分布式的Event Processor模块
2、在Governance页面上支持IFTTT的在线编辑。
3、支持业务数据字段抽取的前提是：在创建事件主题的时候，通过自定义属性weevent-format告诉WeEvent数据格式。比如weevent-format=json。
