Cannot download files via swagger-ui.

This would require springfox 2.7.0 which is not yet released. The current springfox 2.6.1 still uses an old version of swagger-ui where downloading binary files is broken.

Apparently works with the recent upgrade of the springfox dependency.

Tested with WebAnno -- 3.3.0-beta-2 (2017-08-11 17:01:57, build f2e250f)
