Significant delay in audio output after chat is entered

Describe the bug
After joining a room, and entering some text in chat, there is significant delay to the audio output for the chat.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://local.webaverse.com/?src=.%2Fscenes%2Fblock.scn&room=fjInL'
2. Press Enter to get text window for chat
3. Enter some text.
4. See error which is significant delay between the chat being shown in the character hups window and the audio output being played

Note:. This is also in reference to the youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SQxb52Z6r4g&t=14s where the time between showing chat in character hups and the audio output being played seems desirable

Expected behavior
There shouldn't be a huge delay in showing the chat in the character hups window and the audio output being played.
