Overview

Persistence isn't working quite correctly as the system doesn't continue to refresh properly once the network has stopped and then started up again (locally at least). We haven't tested this with a single node directly also. Nonetheless, we should ensure that the persistence system spins down the right data in order to spin itself back up entirely to resume from its last point.
