Goal : The current job queue for all job key should be changed to seperate queues for job keys

There should be a job queue for each role / protocol, i.e. all phases of a single role map to a unique queue.
Then on our gadget we save time filtering through jobs we don’t possess the role for. Also save queries/reads to the DB I imagine
