[TASK] Setting proxy accounts for roles

Overview

Consider some more research here before immediately diving into implementation. Overall, we want to let restakers assign proxy accounts that can run the role based protocols using the proxy account as the gossip message signer / aux peer identifier of the protocols (as well as any other role key access control).

The reason for this is to allow a single restaking validator to run multiple gadgets separately from one another at least on a per-role basis. The gossip portion of the gadget would need to check if a proxy exists from the peers its participating with in a given protocol and ensure everything remains secure, etc.
