重复拖入相同图片会重复生成预览 #25

问题：不会检测放入的图片或路径是否相同，如果想重复多次将一个文件夹下面的图片导入会出现大量重复。
方案：能否添加重复检测的功能

另，如果添加了路径检测的功能。再加一个检测原有路径是否已删除可不可行

添加的图片在提取信息后，存到数据库里。存取数据库的操作是在C++模块里头完成的。所以实现这个功能需要添加新的C++接口。

另外如果要检测原有路径是否已删除这个功能，本质上是文件追踪管理。这个技术在 #23 讨论了。也需要在C++模块里头实现
