[Feature] Display resolved browsers from browserslist on configuration page

What do you want to be added?

When configuring the list of browsers in extension-browser, have the option to view the actual resolved list for "Recommended settings" in addition to the query > 0.5%, last 2 versions, Firefox ESR, not dead (though some of the names should be made more human-friendly). Additionally allow unchecking browsers from this list. Currently:

Why do you want/need this?

Makes it easier for users to understand exactly which browsers are being covered by the default settings so they know if they need to add/remove one for their own usage.
