Need to do a similar thing as we do for recurring events. Only applies to the addressbook#contacts@group.v.calendar.google.com calendar. See how incremental/sync tokens work, we may need to delete birthdays in previous/current/next year that are no longer found. It may be easier to do a full sync of this calendar, even.
