Describe the bug
"Preparing LG Account" link points to a 404 not found

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Setup Developer Mode
Go to 1st step "Prepare Developer Account"
When clicking the "Preparing LG Account" link it points to a 404 not found

webOS.Dev.Manager_1.12.5_x64_en-US
