Context

On the Collection edit/create form, it's unclear that upload and crawl selection is optional since the required name field is in the last tab, and each tab cannot be saved separately

What change would you like to see?

  • Metadata tab should be first, so that Collection can be created with just the required name field
  • Each tab can be saved separately
  • Future: Dialog for entering initial metadata
