Changes

Add a three dots dropdown on the superadmin page for the org list that exposes org management options for superadmins.

Dropdown contents

  • Manage org (gear icon)
    • Opens a dialogue that lets superadmins edit the amount of concurrent crawls an org is allowed to run and (later) the total storage space that an org can use

Part of this is done in #866 - just the concurrent crawl limits (UI can probably use some tweaks)
