Dropbox's Smart Sync, which does not require that the files be stored on the user's drive, would also be a welcomed feature. Dropbox providing 2 TB for the most basic paid accounts and hard drive sizes shrinking means that end-users may prefer an option where the files are not necessarily available as a directory on their local machine.

To allow users to store their data not just on their hd, possibly provide integration with individual cloud storage, like Google Drive, Dropbox, etc..
Might not even be needed if users can mount Google Drive, Dropbox, etc... as a directory on their machine
