The upgrade notice for the pro version (when it's displayed from a child blog) leads to a 404 (permissions error) page. That link (in a MS network) should point to the network admin portion of the Dashboard. Broken currently.

The solution may involve using network_admin_url() from the WP core.

Note that while `network_admin_url()` is used now, that function
automatically defaults to the `admin_url()` behavior when not in a
Multisite environment.
